The staff at Paradise Datura villa is what completes the experience. Madge, the cook, is very accommodating to all diets and vegetarian requests. Menus are available to aid you in planning your meals, and Madge will advise you how best to take advantage of the market and seasonal conditions.

Fresh fruit platter and fresh squeezed orange juice are part of every breakfast, if you so desire. Datura has a modern, clean kitchen, and guests often pop in to say hello to Madge and learn about Jamaican food preparation. The delicious food is hard to match, even at fine restaurants in Montego Bay.

Henry is the gardener, pool man, and caretaker. He is available to take you on a tour of the grounds and show you the fruit trees and vegetable plants he tends, as well as tell you about the Jamaican plants thriving here.

The Datura staff (number dependent on number of guests) will serve your meals, clean your rooms daily, provide you with beach towels and other items. Complimentary personal laundry is done midweek and fresh linens and towels are provided.
